On behalf of the chairpersons and the steering committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 8th UAE Obesity Conference (8UOC) & the 3rd WOF MENA chapter conference, taking place in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates on Nov 7-8th, 2026 at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
This year’s event is, once again, held under the support of ADPHC, World Obesity Federation, DCT Abu Dhabi and Healthpoint and ICLDEC Hospitals.
Under the theme “Obesity Management — Beyond Weight Loss” this year’s program reflects our shared commitment to innovation, collaboration, and translating the latest evidence into clinical practice. Together, we aim to chart a forward-looking path that bridges science, and patient-centred care including the latest advances in lifestyle management, medications, and surgery.
We hope this conference will serve as a platform for meaningful discussions, new collaborations, and actionable ideas that will continue to improve the lives of individuals living with obesity.
